We're available during regular business hours weekdays. We'll be happy to answer your questions and take your order. Also feel free to leave a detailed message and let us know the pedometers name and/or item number, as well as the quantity you are ordering.

2. ORDER SECURELY ONLINE.
Pedometers can be ordered online using any major credit card. Ordering takes just minutes and you'll receive a receipt of payment.

3. GET A WRITTEN INVOICE OR QUOTE. Click here to fill out the online form.
Let us know which pedometer model(s) you're interested in, along with the quantity. We'll e-mail you a written invoice or quote with all the information you need to complete your order.

4. ORDER BY FAX OR MAIL. Click here to download a PDF Pedometer Order Form.
You may fax it back to us if you want to pay by credit card. You may also mail it in with your check or credit card information.

5. ORDER BY PAYPAL.

We accept DIRECT BANK TRANSFER or BILL PAY through your bank.

Purchase Orders.

Generally, all custom imprint orders on larger quantities (above 500 pieces) require payment prior to production. We accept purchase orders on most smaller quantity, in-stock orders. All large quantity purchase orders will be considered on a per-order basis. Please call us at 1-866-533-8735 before issuing a purchase order on custom imprinted orders 500 pc. or larger. Purchase orders or split payments may incur an additional fee. Accepted purchase orders are net 30.

CUSTOM IMPRINTS

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE MY LOGO IMPRINTED ON A PEDOMETER?
Steptrek has two different options for imprinting your logo or slogan on pedometers.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Upon your order of 500 or more pedometers with a logo, we place a CUSTOM ORDER with the manufacturer. This ensures newly made pedometers and fresh batteries for all Steptrek products. When the manufacturer produces your order, they will also imprint your logo at the same time. The manufacturer doesn't charge for this, so we don't charge you. If your logo is more than two colors, we can either turn it into a two color logo or, or we'll let you know any additional cost.

IN-STOCK ORDERS: Steptrek has a limited number of pedometers available in stock in quantities of 12 to 500 pieces. Your logo can be added to some in-stock pedometers depending on the model. On some models, your option is to add your logo onto the white box packaging each pedometer is packaged in.

On in-stock orders of 12 up to 500 pedometers, we can print your logo on a tough, water resistant vinyl label for just 75 cents each. For more information on small quantity imprints, click here. Price is for a single design. If you would like more than one design on your order, there is a $50.00 artwork charge per design. Sorry, we cannot provide consecutive numbering on pedometers. To make sure you receive the most economical pricing, we are not able to custom silkscreen in-stock orders.

WHAT KIND OF LOGO SHOULD I SEND FOR IMPRINTING?
For best quality product, send us the highest quality art you have available. 300 dpi TIFF or EPS files are preferred. We can work with logos created in Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, PDF format, and many other programs. The better the artwork you send, the better the results. If you like, we will be happy to work with your art department, designer, or other person in charge of logo files. We can speak their language.

I DON'T HAVE A LOGO - I JUST NEED WORDING IMPRINTED ON THE PEDOMETER.
No problem. Whether it's a program title, phone number, web address, or other wording, our art department will put together several options for you to choose from, at no charge.

WHAT IS THE IMPRINT AREA FOR THE LOGO OR WORDING?
Each pedometer has a different size area for imprinting. We don't limit you on the number of letters, or length of message. There is a limit of one imprint design per order. Tell us what you would like to imprint on your pedometers and our art department will give you expert advice and a choice of layouts so you can see the final artwork on your pedometer before you make your purchase.

HOW ARE THE LOGO IMPRINTS PRINTED?
It depends on the pedometer style and manufacturer. Some pedometers come with a label on the face of the pedometer. Those are usually printed on a permanent adhesive label which is applied to the pedometer. On other pedometers, the imprint is SILKSCREENED directly on to the pedometer case.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WITHIN THE USA

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE to a single location by ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Steptrek's estimated delivery dates and times are reliable but not guaranteed. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. A valid street address is required for shipping all orders. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska by US Mail. Multiple shipments will incur additional shipping charges based on address and prevailing rates. Expedited and guaranteed shipping dates will incur additional shipping charges. I NEED MY ORDER QUICKLY. HOW MUCH IS RUSH SHIPPING?
All delivery times are estimates based on FedEx Ground delivery. FedEx and Steptrek do not not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time for Ground shipping services. Expedited shipping methods, including Overnight, Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Economy are available at prevailing rates to guarantee your order will reach you by a specific date and time. These charges will be added to your order. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require rush shipping. TAXES
Because internet sales tax laws vary state to state, any and all taxes due are the responsibility of the buyer. Non-exempt Minnesota businesses will be charged 7.125% sales tax.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Steptrek tests all in-stock pedometers immediately prior to shipping to assure each one is tuned and working properly. Testing takes 1-3 days depending on quantity and is in addition to the delivery estimate.

NON-IMPRINTED PEDOMETER ORDERS:
50 - 500 pieces: 3 - 7 business days depending on your location from our Minnesota offices and in-stock availability.
500 - 5000 pieces: 7- 21 days, depending on pedometer model and manufacturer's availability.
5000 or more pieces: Call or write for an estimate.

CUSTOM IMPRINTED ORDERS:
50 - 500 pieces: 7 - 14 business days for delivery from our MInnesota offices. (Custom sticker imprint only on in-stock orders. Not all models are customizable. See "Customizing Items" above for more information on customizing in-stock pedometers.
500 - 5000 pieces: 45 - 60 days depending on pedometer model. Manufacturer will add your 1-2 color imprint for no charge. Exact length of time depends on time of year and manufacturer production schedules.
5000 or more pieces: Call or write for an estimate.

Delivery dates may change depending on the date actual order is placed. Steptrek is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to manufacturing or scheduling delays; delays in US Customs; Holiday delays; delays with the shipper, trucker or other delivery method; or acts of nature. No discounts will be given for late delivery beyond our control. 

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CANADIAN ORDERS:
STEPTREK welcomes orders from Canada. There are additional fees for Canadian orders. If you are a Canadian resident with a US shipping address, there are no additional shipping charges.

All prices at Steptrek.com. are in US dollars. Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Money orders must be issued in US funds payable by a US bank.

DELIVERY TIMES TO CANADA: See "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER" above. NOTE: Delivery to Canada may several extra days to go through Customs. Locations at outlying areas of delivery coverage areas also may take extra time. We can provide you with an estimated delivery date upon request.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES:
Orders outside the USA require additional shipping charges and/or Customs Duties and Taxes. By placing an order with Steptrek.com., you agree to pay all Customs Duty and other applicable fees and charges required for entry into the Country of destination. All prices at Steptrek.com. are in US dollars. Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Money orders must be issued in US funds payable by a US bank.

WARRANTIES, RETURNS & CANCELLATION

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All products are tested at time of manufacture. Because products are purchased in large quantities for best pricing, Steptrek may not always re-test each pedometer or accelerometer prior to delivery. A small percentage of any order may inadvertently include accidentally discharged batteries, non-working displays, or other manufacturing defects which are known only after the product is put into use. Manufacturing defects are covered by Steptrek Replacement Coverage.

STEPTREK REPLACEMENT COVERAGE
Your order includes “Steptrek Replacement Coverage” which is your warranty. Steptrek will replace any part of your order which is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects.

ACCELEROMETERS:
Free replacement coverage consists of exchange for the same item of any product that is defective or may become defective within 30 days of receiving your order. If the exact same item is not available, Steptrek may subsititute an item of similar style and value. Contact us at 1-866-533-8735 before returning any merchandise. See RETURNS & EXCHANGES below.

PEDOMETERS AND ACCESSORIES:
Free Replacement Coverage consists of extra pedometers. If your order includes an imprint, your extra pedometers will also include the imprint. The extra pedometers are intended as replacements for any part of your order which are defective or may become defective within 30 days of receiving your order. If any amount above the extra pedometers you receive are defective, Steptrek / Reps Design will, at it’s discretion, repair or replace the merchandise. Contact us at 1-866-533-8735 before returning any merchandise. See RETURNS & EXCHANGES below.

Keeping the product in proper working condition is the sole responsibility of the user. Breakage or damage of any kind caused by the end user is not covered by Steptrek Replacement Coverage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Defective merchandise must be returned to Steptrek / Reps Design to receive replacement. A claim for return must be made within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Contact us for authorization before returning merchandise. Replacement merchandise may or may not be customized depending on circumstances and availability. Similar merchandise may be substituted if identical replacement is not available.

Exchanges for a different pedometer model must include all original packaging in original condition. Return shipping and replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. There is a 12% restocking fee on any returned merchandise. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

DISCOUNTS AND PRICE BREAKS

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS OR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS?
A majority of our customers are non-profit organizations. Steptrek is a pedometer wholesaler only; we do not sell individual pedometers to the general public. Steptrek purchases pedometers in bulk, directly from multiple pedometer manufacturers. Prices are already at or below wholesale. Our products have a minimal markup. Your best discounted prices are shown on each item's page.

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED ORDER DISCOUNTS?
Steptrek will give you the best discounted price on combined orders placed on the same date, shipping to a single location. Additional shipping costs will apply to combined orders shipping to multiple locations. Because each order has fixed costs, we are unable to give discounts based on accrued totals over time. Returning customers receive a 5% discount off wholesale prices listed online at the date of ordering.

If you plan to place multiple orders, contact us before you place your first order. Let us know your planned quantities over the next year. We can look at various options to help you save.

DO YOU GIVE AWAY FREE PEDOMETERS?
Steptrek only offers one product for sale. As much as we'd love to see everyone walking, we have so many requests for free pedometers, we'd quickly be out of business if we gave away the store. Steptrek constantly compares styles and prices with those of our competitors to offer you the best possible value in pedometers.

WHAT OTHER CHARGES MIGHT I EXPECT AS PART OF THE ORDER?
None. There are no hidden charges. No ‘plate charges’, no ‘imprint charges’, no additional costs will be tacked on to the prices we quote you. Because tax laws vary state to state, any and all taxes due are the responsibility of the buyer. Non-exempt Minnesota businesses will be charged sales tax. Shipments to multiple locations will incur additional charges; custom labels with multiple designs will incur additional charges. Past due accounts may incur late fees and interest charges.

CAN I BUY IN DIFFERENT QUANTITIES THAN THE ONES SHOWN?
You may order in any quantity at or above the minimums shown for each item. To obtain quantity purchasing pricing, we cannot go under the minimums shown on each item's page.

HOW ARE THE PEDOMETERS PACKAGED?
To ensure the lowest possible prices, most pedometer models are individually bubble wrapped and packaged in white boxes. A few models have "retail" style packaging, depending on model. If you have a specific packaging need, please let us know.

INSTRUCTIONS: Informing each walker what pedometers can and cannot do results in fewer complaints and a more positive user experience. Steptrek writes clear, easy to understand instructions to go with each pedometer. The instructions describe proper as well as improper use of the pedometer, to resolve some of the issues walkers may experience. Steptrek also has written an expanded version called "5 STEPS FOR ACCURATE PEDOMETER COUNTS AND LONGER PEDOMETER LIFE" This tip sheet is included with each shipment. CAN I GET A SAMPLE?
The manufacturer will create a pre production sample of your pedometer imprint, for approval by photo. If you want a non-imprinted sample to try before ordering, give us a call or fill out our GET A QUOTE form by clicking on the link at the top of any page.

ARE STEPTREK PEDOMETERS "ROHS COMPLIANT"?
Pedometers are electronic instruments. They contain circuit boards, batteries, and other parts. To reduce the volume of potentially hazardous materials created during manufacturing, as well as entering the waste stream after electronics are discarded, manufacturers are now producing electronics that are ROHS Compliant. ROHS is an acronym for "Reduction of Hazardous Substances". Steptrek currently offers a few models which are certified ROHS Compliant and it is our goal to see that all Steptrek pedometers follow the ROHS guidelines. We will be offering these models as they become available. Look for ROHS compliance in the description of each pedometer model.

WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY LOCATED?
Steptrek is located 30 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota.

ARE YOUR PEDOMETERS MADE IN THE USA?
Unfortunately, no. Virtually all pedometers are manufactured in China. Even ones that claim to come from other countries have some components made in China. However, Steptrek is a USA company located providing American jobs, putting money back into the American economy. Thank you for supporting a small American business.
